THE MILK, WISE BLOOD, MEGAN WASHINGTON and THE BAMBOOS

Liking the gravelly ‘contemporary Van Morrison’ feel to ‘B-Roads’ by THE MILK, plenty of swagger, plenty of groove and most importantly plenty of soul, will sound great on the radio fo shizzle.

Nothing retro bout the sound of WISE BLOOD’s ‘Loud Mouths’, loving the unique multi-faceted sound of this record. Beats, squelches and evocative choral harmonies this is the musical equivalent of that block in New York home to peeps from like 137 different countries. MUSICAL. MELTING. POT.

Teaming up with MEGAN WASHINGTON THE BAMBOOS have pulled off a blinder with their cover of James Blake’s ‘Wilhelm Scream’. Already a stunning track they have made a recording that is simultaneously original and respectful, feeling this.
